Using revolutionary Voxelogix® imaging and design technology, dental models are scanned and virtual teeth positioned to create a highly-detailed 3-D design of the VoxelFrame™. This model provides dental professionals an up-front, comprehensive view of the patient’s occlusal scheme, esthetics and space requirements. We send this information via e-mail to confirm your ideal prosthesis design. Once the virtual model meets your specifications it is used to mill the titanium framework.

The VoxelFrame™ is milled to selected abutments which can then be attached to:

  • Brånemark System®RP, 3i® & generic Ø3.75/4.0mm external hex

  • Brånemark System®NP

  • Replace®/NobelReplace™ RP Ø4.3mm

  • Replace®/NobelReplace™ NP Ø3.5mm

  • Neoss® Ø3.5mm

  • Straumann® Ø4.8mm

Unlike other systems, you don’t need waxing cylinders and hand made patterns.

Virtual teeth can be set into the correct position using the 3D data from the scanned casts.

A touch probe provides micron level data about the milling process. The virtual design is translated into computer code to move the five axis mill and cut the titanium blank.

The milled VoxelFrame fits precisely to the laboratory analogs.

The VoxelFrame is then processed using the Ivocap system. Through this process, artificial teeth are bonded to the titanium framework to create a strong and beautiful prosthesis.
